Yaquina Lighthouse

Wasser supported preservation efforts at the historic Yaquina Head Lighthouse, an active aid to navigation located within the Yaquina Head Outstanding Natural Area on the Oregon Coast. Managed by the Bureau of Land Management, the 93-foot lighthouse is the tallest in Oregon and has been guiding vessels since 1873, enduring constant exposure to harsh marine conditions. Any maintenance or protection work at the site requires solutions that respect the structure’s historic fabric while delivering long-term durability
